ALDI Learner – A programme that is meant to inform & educate teachers & parents so they are adequately equipped to pass down information. In order for service teachers to be effective classroom practitioners capable of meeting the demands of the 21st Century classroom, they must be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve students success.

Teachers are the determining factor of a school’s success or failure. So this is basically a teacher education program that helps determine what knowledge, skills, and dispositions need to be assessed and how to measure those areas. Parents, on the other hand, needs to be fully involved. Participation of parents in a wide range of school-based and home-based activities in order to improve their children’s education.
